The problem with the phenomenon of “too good to be true” is that when you encounter an investment to which this truth may apply, you find out the hard way that it will certainly not turn out to be good for your financial health. As for “true,” the defining characteristic of such dubious investments is bound to be the opposite: somewhere there is deceit, non-disclosure of essential facts or outright fraud. MORE
