Let’s talk about student debt. Most of us will face it at least once in our lives. Risky Business

How do we manage risk in our personal lives? I’d say by understanding the worst-case scenario for each decision we make, and mentally accepting the risk we assume as necessary and worth the rewards we desire. With money, my risk threshold is likely to be pretty low. But theoretically, the more money I have, the higher that threshold can go, because I might be willing and able to risk more. With my health, the health and well-being of people I love, or my own personal happiness, I’m risk-averse. MORE
